Responsibilities
- Lead weekend retail operations and ensure store standards are met
- Manage 3-5 team members during peak weekend hours
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues
- Monitor inventory levels and process shipments
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional displays
- Conduct opening/closing procedures and security checks
- Submit accurate shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-10PM)
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for logistics)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to/from shift location
