Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations and service protocols
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Valid UK Personal Licence Holder (PLH) certification preferred
- Proficient in reservation and POS systems
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
