Responsibilities
- Assist in daily hotel operations including front desk, concierge, and guest services
- Participate in revenue management and sales strategy meetings
- Shadow department heads in housekeeping, F&B, and event coordination
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for luxury segment
- Support implementation of new guest experience initiatives
- Train on property management systems (Opera, Delphi)
- Assist in organizing VIP guest experiences and events
- Complete monthly training modules and performance assessments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Tourism, or related field
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent)
- 1-2 years prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid J1 Visa eligibility through designated sponsor organizations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
