Responsibilities
- Supervise clinical and support staff during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 6am-6pm)
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
- Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and emergency protocols
- Manage inventory and supply chain for weekend operations
- Conduct weekend staff training and performance evaluations
- Resolve patient concerns and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Generate weekend shift reports for leadership review
- Maintain accurate electronic health records documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare administration or related field
- 3+ years clinical supervisory experience in healthcare
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong knowledge of EMR systems (Epic preferred)
