Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 team members during weekend shifts
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained
- Manage inventory control and stock replenishment
- Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns to management
- Conduct daily team briefings and performance reviews
- Enforce safety protocols and company policies
- Prepare shift reports and sales analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in retail or hospitality
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM)
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30 lbs
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
