Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily logistics operations and inventory management during weekend shifts.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure maximum productivity and safety compliance.
- Monitor equipment functionality and perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with 99.9% accuracy and speed.
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Coordinate with management to forecast labor needs and optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the schedule.
- Proficient with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
