Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 team members during weekend shifts to meet production targets
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate maintenance schedules
- Train new hires on SOPs and quality control standards
- Process payroll documentation and performance reviews
- Collaborate with day-shift managers for seamless handovers
- Resolve operational issues using root cause analysis techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years manufacturing supervision experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong conflict resolution and team-building skills
- Ability to work rotating weekends (Fri-Sun/Sat-Mon)
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred
- Valid California driver's license for facility access
