Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate weekend retail teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met during high-traffic weekend hours
- Manage inventory processes, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts
- Train and onboard new weekend associates on product knowledge and store procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Monitor store presentation and merchandising standards to maximize visual appeal
- Prepare accurate weekend sales reports and operational summaries for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail supervisory experience required
- Proven ability to lead teams during high-volume periods (weekends/holidays)
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (7 AM - 4 PM or 10 AM - 7 PM)
- Basic proficiency with retail POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for store supply runs
