Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a smile, answering questions and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Sales & Promotion: Educate customers on products and services to drive revenue and meet daily sales goals.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, process incoming shipments, and execute inventory counts accurately.
- Cash Handling: Process transactions efficiently at the register and handle cash and card payments securely.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members and supervisors to ensure store operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Reliability: Consistent work history and a strong work ethic.
- Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
