Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations including inventory management and quality control
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of 10-15 associates
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with day-shift managers for seamless workflow transitions
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize operational efficiency
- Resolve escalated customer and vendor issues promptly
- Prepare shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Proven ability to manage weekend/night shift operations
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
