Responsibilities
- Monitor and process incoming inventory orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and dispatchers regarding shipment delays or logistical issues.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks on incoming and outgoing goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status via phone and email during evening hours.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using standard material handling equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic computer proficiency and strong attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
