Responsibilities
- Manage 8-10 weekend staff members during peak retail hours
- Handle customer escalations with exceptional service standards
- Execute inventory counts and merchandising strategies
- Process POS transactions and daily reconciliation
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and loss prevention protocols
- Train weekend associates on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Coordinate with weekday management for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail/supervisory experience required
- Weekend availability mandatory (Fri-Sun 10AM-6PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Basic POS system proficiency (Square, Shopify, etc.)
- Valid New Mexico driver's license
- Spanish bilingual preferred
