- Manage and mentor weekend shift staff to ensure optimal productivity and safety standards
- Oversee daily operations, including quality control and workflow optimization

- Implement company policies and ensure compliance with industry regulations

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Valid Kansas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional holidays
