Responsibilities
- Lead weekend retail operations with focus on customer service excellence
- Train and mentor 5-8 part-time associates on sales techniques and store policies
- Manage inventory counts, restocking, and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism
- Ensure compliance with safety and loss prevention protocols
- Process transactions and handle cash management procedures
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless store operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or hospitality supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Availability to work every weekend (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Basic proficiency with POS systems (Square, Shopify, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Valid Colorado driver's license for occasional supply runs
