In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations during our high-traffic weekend periods. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and staff supervision during Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or issues immediately to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce all company policies and procedures.
- Train new hires on operational standards and service excellence.
- Prepare accurate end-of-shift reports for management review.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or operational role.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of POS systems.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime as needed.
