Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications specifically for our weekend event management systems.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze code and infrastructure to ensure zero-downtime performance during high-traffic weekend events.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and QA engineers to define feature requirements and ensure rigorous testing protocols.
- Mentorship: Guide a small team of developers on best coding practices, code reviews, and technical problem-solving.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee database maintenance and cloud resource allocation to ensure security and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on full-stack development.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL databases.
- Availability: Must be available to work a consistent weekend schedule (e.g., Friday–Sunday, 9 AM – 6 PM).
