Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Process transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Stock inventory and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Operate POS systems and handle returns/exchanges efficiently
- Assist with inventory counts and store cleanliness
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve sales targets
- Support special weekend events and promotions
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (8am-10pm)
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
