Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 weekend production staff across 3 assembly lines
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow
- Conduct quality inspections and resolve production defects
- Coordinate maintenance schedules for equipment uptime
- Train new hires on safety protocols and SOPs
- Generate production reports for senior leadership review
- Manage inventory levels and supply chain coordination
Qualifications
- 3+ years manufacturing supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in ERP/MES systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
- Valid Missouri driver's license for facility tours
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
