Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient intake and scheduling for weekend appointments
- Assist with electronic health record management and documentation
- Provide compassionate patient support and family education
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams on treatment plans
- Manage inventory and supply chain for weekend operations
- Respond to urgent patient inquiries and triage needs
- Support weekend patient check-in/discharge processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or patient care experience
- Strong computer literacy with EHR systems (Epic a plus)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Pass background check and drug screening
