Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience.
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor remains clean and visually appealing.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet weekly sales and performance goals.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
