Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize weekend inventory operations using WMS systems
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate documentation
- Implement safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free workspace
- Train and mentor new weekend shift associates
- Resolve operational challenges with proactive problem-solving
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transition
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of warehouse or logistics experience
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Availability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) with flexible hours
