Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment during weekend shifts to maintain optimal output
- Conduct quality control checks and document production metrics accurately
- Coordinate with on-site maintenance teams for equipment troubleshooting
- Implement strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
- Train weekend team members on SOPs and operational best practices
- Manage inventory levels and initiate replenishment requests
- Submit detailed shift reports highlighting achievements and challenges
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing or operations environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid Kansas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
