Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend shift operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
- Lead, mentor, and motivate weekend staff to achieve performance targets and KPIs
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows between weekend and weekday teams
- Monitor inventory levels and resource allocation to prevent operational disruptions

Qualifications
