Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry and verification for incoming shipments and orders.
- Conduct inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies with precision.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of freight using modern material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve operational issues.
- Utilize proprietary software to track performance metrics and ensure quality control.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or data entry is a plus.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (12-hour shifts or split shifts).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet daily productivity targets.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
