Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ team members during overnight shifts, ensuring productivity targets are met
- Implement and maintain safety protocols, including OSHA compliance and hazard prevention
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct accurate cycle counts
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational handovers
- Resolve logistical challenges and optimize warehouse workflows
- Train and mentor new hires on equipment operation and procedures
- Generate daily performance reports for senior management
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
- Basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
