Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and procedures
- Administer medications and injections under provider supervision
- Perform vital signs and basic diagnostic tests
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize equipment
- Provide patient education on treatment plans
- Coordinate referrals and prescription refills
Qualifications
- Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA or RMA)
- 1+ years clinical experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic ECG and phlebotomy experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
