Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor CNC machinery and automated production lines during weekend shifts
- Perform quality control inspections using calipers, micrometers, and digital measurement tools
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Document production metrics and maintain accurate shift reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize weekend production workflows
- Participate in preventive maintenance of equipment and machinery
- Train on new technologies and manufacturing processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Fri-Sun 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM)
- Basic proficiency with measurement tools and quality control standards
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification upon hire
