Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain industrial machinery with provided equipment
- Perform routine diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical systems
- Document maintenance activities using digital reporting tools
- Collaborate with engineering teams on equipment optimization
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards with provided safety equipment
- Train junior technicians on equipment operation protocols
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Technical diploma/certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience with hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Basic proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Valid driver's license (for equipment transport)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Willingness to relocate to Portland, OR
- Open to recent graduates with technical training
