Qualifications
- 3+ years in hospitality management with weekend shift experience
- Proven track record of leading teams in high-volume settings
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in scheduling software (e.g., Deputy, HotSchedules)
- Flexible availability including nights/holidays
- Valid Nevada gaming permit (if applicable)
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
