Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Maintain clean and organized work environments according to brand standards
- Support event coordination during weekend peak seasons and festivals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work consistently on Saturdays and Sundays (6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic technology tools
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of New Orleans attractions and culture a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be 18+ years old
