Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Optimize transportation routes and manage driver schedules for weekend deliveries
- Monitor supply chain KPIs and implement corrective actions in real-time
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend handovers
- Utilize WMS/TMS systems to maintain accurate data and documentation
- Lead weekend safety compliance audits and incident reporting
- Train and mentor weekend staff on operational protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/supply chain management with weekend shift experience
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan preferred)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for team coordination
- Valid Kansas driver's license with clean record
