Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against shipping documents.
- Sort, pack, and label products for shipment or storage to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Perform regular quality control checks to ensure product integrity.
- Assist in cycle counting and inventory management tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable transportation and valid ID.
- Forklift certification is preferred but will train the right candidate.
