Responsibilities
- Manage Inventory: Accurately receive, stock, and organize merchandise to maintain optimal shelf availability.
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service to customers, answering questions and assisting with purchases.
- Operational Support: Assist with store operations, including opening/closing procedures and security checks.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and displays products in an attractive manner.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions efficiently and handle returns or exchanges.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Documentation: Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
