Responsibilities
- Execute daily stock replenishment and inventory organization efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries with a positive attitude.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety protocols.
- Assist in processing incoming shipments and preparing merchandise for the sales floor.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the shift supervisor.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Previous retail or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
