Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care support including vital signs monitoring and assistance with daily activities
- Administer medications under provider supervision and maintain accurate patient records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care coordination
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
- Document observations and care delivery in electronic health records
- Support patient education on health management and treatment plans
Qualifications
- Current California CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care or clinical experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification from American Heart Association
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced settings
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-6pm or 7am-7pm)
- Pass background check and drug screening
