Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support services during weekend shifts
- Monitor patient vitals and document medical records accurately
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and weekend nursing staff
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and hospital protocols
- Support patient education and discharge planning on weekends
Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma nursing license (RN or LPN)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong weekend shift availability (Sat/Sun)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend coverage
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience a plus)
- Pass background check and drug screening
