Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care including vital sign monitoring, medication assistance, and mobility support
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using electronic health systems
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless weekend care transitions
- Assist with patient admission, discharge, and emergency response procedures
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during weekend care
- Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience in clinical setting
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Availability to work every weekend (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays
- Strong communication skills and compassion for diverse patient populations
