Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints professionally, ensuring high satisfaction scores.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately within the weekend shift timeframe.
- Collaborate with the operations team to troubleshoot service disruptions and improve workflow efficiency.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM database for future reference.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, acting as a brand ambassador.
- Assist in training new hires and conducting shift briefings to ensure team alignment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Mandatory availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using computer software, MS Office, and CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to the Los Angeles office.
