Responsibilities
- Process high-volume transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone and in-person with empathy and efficiency
- Operate banking software and digital platforms to assist with account management
- Uphold strict security protocols for cash handling and sensitive information
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless branch operations
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products and services
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or financial services experience
- Proficiency in banking software and digital transaction platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8AM-6PM)
- Valid Kansas driver's license and reliable transportation
