Responsibilities
- Process daily payroll for 50+ contract workers across Atlanta metro
- Coordinate with clients to verify daily work hours and job completion
- Resolve payment discrepancies within 24-hour turnaround
- Onboard new candidates with same-day pay enrollment
- Manage digital payment systems including ACH and mobile wallets
- Track worker performance metrics for client reporting
- Collaborate with finance team for daily reconciliation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing or payroll coordination experience
- Proficiency in ADP, QuickBooks, or similar payroll platforms
- Strong understanding of Georgia labor regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with financial data
- Ability to handle high-volume transactions under tight deadlines
- Experience with daily pay software (DailyPay, Payactiv, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills for client/candidate interactions
