Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-store customer service during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8 AM - 6 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising operations
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain store presentation standards
- Support high-volume weekend sales events and promotions
- Document customer feedback and escalate complex issues appropriately
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday & Sunday shifts)
- Proficient with POS systems and basic computer applications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced weekend environments
- Valid New Mexico driver's license (for occasional deliveries)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
