Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process transactions and resolve inquiries efficiently using our CRM system
- Manage inventory and maintain organized showroom displays
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless operations
- Document customer feedback and implement service improvements
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance standards
- Train new weekend staff on procedures and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible schedule availability (Saturdays/Sundays 8AM-6PM)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work standing for extended periods
- Nevada gaming license (if applicable to role)
