- Collaborate with support teams to escalate complex issues
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Contribute to weekend team meetings for performance reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in retail or call center
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm)
- Positive attitude and ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
