Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service via in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Process transactions efficiently using our POS system
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment
- Collaborate with weekend team members to achieve daily targets
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and store preparation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
