Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and labeling of orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine inventory checks and stock organization to maintain warehouse standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily productivity and quality targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading trailers as required during peak weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for scanning barcodes and logging data.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Wilmington facility.
