Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to load, unload, and move materials within the facility.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and manage stock rotation to ensure product integrity.
- Assemble, package, and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring all labels and documentation are correct.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize workflow and resolve any shipping discrepancies.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and quality control guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we offer comprehensive training.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
