Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment, with precision and efficiency.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory accuracy in real-time.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize workflow processes.
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory; training provided.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
