Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend peak hours (10 AM - 8 PM)
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Stock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle returns/exchanges
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store cleanliness and safety
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention protocols
- Assist with special weekend promotions and events
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently
- Basic math and POS system proficiency
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if driving required)
- Flexible attitude toward shifting priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
