Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 weekend staff members to ensure optimal store performance
- Execute opening/closing procedures and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with exceptional service
- Monitor inventory control and loss prevention protocols
- Train new associates on product knowledge and operational procedures
- Generate shift reports and communicate daily priorities to management
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless workflow transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail supervisory experience
- Proven ability to manage teams during high-traffic periods
- Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- Flexibility to work 12-16 hours weekly (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
