Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and styling advice
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an engaging store environment
- Manage inventory tasks including stock processing, replenishment, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with weekend staff to ensure seamless store operations and cleanliness
- Participate in seasonal promotions and special weekend events
- Uphold brand standards through attentive store maintenance and visual presentation
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible weekday hours
- Strong communication skills with a passion for fashion and pop culture
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Team-oriented mindset with collaborative problem-solving abilities
- 18+ years of age with valid work authorization
